- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/4 tsp. pepper or more (if you like it hot)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1This recipe is for 1 pound of venison or steak.

2Preferably I use steak.

3Marinate meat for 4 or 5 hours; drain in colander. Place on trays to dry in dehydrator (do not overlap meat).

4Dry at 145° for 8 or 10 hours.

5It will bend like a green willow without breaking.

6Refrigerate when done.
