  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. red pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. hickory smoked salt
  • 1 lb. meat

    Cut meat in strips and cover with sauce; soak overnight.

    Hang strips in oven rack to dry out.
