  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1 lb. roast beef, cooked
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pkg. mushrooms (optional)

Directions

    Saute pepper, onion and mushrooms.

    Unroll crescent rolls onto cookie sheet and pinch seams together.

    Break beef into bite size pieces and place down center of roll sheet.

    Top with peppers, onions, mushrooms, and cheese.

    Fold sides of roll over filling.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.

    Serve hot.
