- 1 lb. ground beef
- 14 1/2 oz. chopped tomatoes
- 10 oz. can rotel
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 1 bay leaf
- 6-8 oz. egg noodles
- 6 green onions-chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 c. parmesan cheese
- 1 c. mozzarella
Directions

1Brown beef and drain.

2Stir in chopped tomatoes and next 4 ingredients.

3Cook 5 minutes.

4Add tomato paste and bay leaf and simmer 30 minutes.

5Cook egg noodles and drain.

6Stir together noodles, onion and sour cream.

7Place noodles in bottom of lightly greased 9x13 in. pan.

8top with beef mixture and sprinkle evenly with cheeses.

9Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

10Uncover and bake 5 more minutes.
