- 1 lb. beef stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned instant meat tenderizer
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom gravy
- 1 pkg. egg noodles
Directions

1Sprinkle meat with tenderizer; pierce each piece with a fork. Cover and put in fridge for 2 to 24 hours.

2In large skillet, brown meat in oil over medium heat.

3Reduce heat and stir in gravy. Cover lightly and simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.

4Serve beef and gravy on noodles with your favorite vegetable.
