Beef Noodle Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onions (I put more)
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 (8 oz. size) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 sauce can water
  • 1 bag egg noodles

Directions

    Brown meat and onions; drain.

    Add salt, sugar, tomato sauce and water.

    Cook at low heat for 20 minutes.

    Cook and drain noodles.
  5. 5
    Add cream cheese as soon as noodles are drained and cheese will melt.

    Add sour cream.

    Put layer of noodles and layer of meat, etc.

    (I put noodles on bottom because there is not enough to layer.)

    Sprinkle grated cheese on top.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
