  • 1 lb. beef stew meat
  • 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • 1/2 (12 oz.) pkg. noodles
  • 2 c. water

Directions

    Cook beef, salt, bouillon cubes and water in saucepan covered until beef is tender.

    Cook noodles as directed on package.

    Add to beef along with the mushrooms if desired.

    Heat until bubbling. Serves 3 to 4.
