- left over roast beef
- 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 medium green or red pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 medium tomato, cut in chunks
- rice or chow mein noodles
Directions

1Cut meat in 1-inch pieces.

2Place in a skillet and brown quickly.

3Drain pineapple and add enough water to make 2 1/4 cups. Stir liquid, vinegar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and salt into meat.

4Mix cornstarch and water; stir in mixture.

5Cook until thick.

6Stir in pineapple, peppers, tomato chunks and onion. Cook until glazed, about 10 minutes.

7Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
