- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. beef sirloin strips
- 2 c. hot cooked rice
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Shake flour in a 14 x 20-inch oven bag. Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

3Add undrained tomatoes, soup mix, water and pepper to bag.

4Squeeze bag to blend ingredients. Add beef strips to bag.

5Turn bag to coat beef with sauce. Arrange ingredients in an even layer.

6Close and tie bag.

7Cut 6 slits in top; bake until beef is tender, 40 to 45 minutes.

8Serve over hot rice.
