- 1 1/2 lb. beef, cut in cubes
- 4 potatoes, cubed
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. liquid (bouillon, tomato juice or water)
Directions

1Place in bottom of a casserole dish with a tight fitting lid. Add in layers.

2Cover tightly and place in a 300° oven for 3 hours.
