Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. beef, cut in cubes
  • 4 potatoes, cubed
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. liquid (bouillon, tomato juice or water)

Directions

    Place in bottom of a casserole dish with a tight fitting lid. Add in layers.

    Cover tightly and place in a 300° oven for 3 hours.

    Don't stir.
