- 1 1/2 lb. beef, cut into 1/2-inch pieces*
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/2 garlic clove, minced
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tomato, peeled and sliced
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sour cream
- hot cooked noodles
Directions

1Brown meat in hot oil.

2Add onions and garlic.

3Cook 2 to 3 minutes.

4Add paprika, green pepper, tomato and salt.

5Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender.

6Add water when needed to prevent sticking.
