Ingredients: 2 lb. boneless beef round steak, cut 1/4-inch thick; 1 tsp. garlic powder; 1/2 tsp. onion powder; 1 tsp. salt; 1/4 tsp. pepper; 4 Tbsp. butter; 2 medium tomatoes; 3/4 tsp. basil; 1/2 c. seasoned stuffing mix; 1 Tbsp. Romano cheese; 1 tsp. beef bouillon; 3/4 c. boiling water

3/4 tsp. basil

Cut beef into 8 rectangular pieces.

Combine 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle evenly on both sides of beef. Set aside.
