- rump roast
- 1 cube or pkg. beef bouillon
- mustard
- 1 onion
Directions

1Brown roast on all sides in a little oil in a heavy round roasting pot.

2Remove roast.

3Pour off fat.

4Add 2 cups hot water and bouillon; stir.

5Put roast back in pot.

6Add sliced onion around roast.

7Spread some mustard on top and sides of roast. Cover.

8Roast in oven at 250°

9for 3 to 4 hours.

10Let roast set 15 minutes before slicing.

11Add flour and water to juice in pan. Stir until boiling.

12Cook a few more minutes for delicious gravy.
