  • beef roast
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 small can mushrooms (optional)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • 1 can beer

Directions

    Baste roast with A.1. steak sauce. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano and flour.

    Brown in hot oil and add beer, soup and onion mix.

    Add mushrooms. Cook until tender, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Also can bake at 350° the same amount of time.

    Can also be cooked in crock-pot.
