  • 2 1/2 -3 lb. sirloin tip beef roast
  • 1 -14 1/2 oz. can beef broth
  • 1/4 C red cooking wine
  • 2 Tbsp. corn starch
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

    Salt and pepper meat. Brown on both sides in a large skillet. While meat is browning pour beef broth in slow cooker. Reserve 2 Tbsp. broth.

    Mix with cornstarch. Pour mixture and wine into slow cooker. Stir well. Add meat. Cook 7 to 8 hours on low. Use gravy over rice or potatoes.
