  • 3 or 4 lb. beef roast
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 or 3 Tbsp. dehydrated onions
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • approximately 4 Tbsp. flour
  • approximately 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 to 2 soup cans water

Directions

    Brown roast on top of stove.

    Use approximately 4 tablespoons of oil to brown roast.

    Add onions and flour and just as onions begin to turn lighter, add mushroom soup.

    As the liquids thicken, add 1 soup can of water or more to thin the gravy.

    Cover and cook in 375° oven for about 2 hours or until done.
