- 3 or 4 lb. beef roast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 or 3 Tbsp. dehydrated onions
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- approximately 4 Tbsp. flour
- approximately 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 to 2 soup cans water
Directions

1Brown roast on top of stove.

2Use approximately 4 tablespoons of oil to brown roast.

3Add onions and flour and just as onions begin to turn lighter, add mushroom soup.

4As the liquids thicken, add 1 soup can of water or more to thin the gravy.

5Cover and cook in 375° oven for about 2 hours or until done.
