- 4 lb. beef chuck roast
- 1 bunch carrots
- 4 Irish potatoes, cut up
- 1 large onion
- salt and pepper
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
Directions

1Place roast on heavy aluminum foil in a shallow pan.

2Slice vegetables around.

3Add seasoning and soups.

4Wrap securely and bake at 450° for 15 minutes; then bake at 250° for 3 1/2 hours. Serves 8.
