  • 4 lb. beef chuck roast
  • 1 bunch carrots
  • 4 Irish potatoes, cut up
  • 1 large onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup

Directions

    Place roast on heavy aluminum foil in a shallow pan.

    Slice vegetables around.

    Add seasoning and soups.

    Wrap securely and bake at 450° for 15 minutes; then bake at 250° for 3 1/2 hours. Serves 8.
