- 1 chuck roast
- 3 Tbsp. steak sauce
- 1 pkg. onion soup
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place roast on large sheet of aluminum foil.

2Spread steak sauce over roast.

3Sprinkle with dry soup mix, salt and pepper. Pour mushroom soup over the top.

4Fold foil to seal tightly.

5Bake at 325° for 3 hours and 30 minutes.
