  • 3 lb. roast
  • salt and pepper or meat tenderizer
  • 1 onion, sliced (more, if desired)

Directions

    Rub salt and pepper or tenderizer on roast, put in baking bag and place onion on meat.

    Wrap in foil.

    Bake at 250° for 2 1/2 hours.

    Turn roast over being careful not to loose juice.
  5. 5
    Bake at 450° until done.
