- 3 lb. flank steak
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 eggs, hard-boiled and sliced
- 1 c. Swiss cheese
- 4 tsp. Parmesan cheese
- tomato sauce
Directions

1Place the flank steak on a board and pound it to tenderize. Crush the garlic and place it on the meat.

2Add the olive oil and rub the garlic and oil into the meat.

3Arrange the eggs on the meat.

4Add the cheeses.

5Roll up in a jelly roll style.

6Brown in some oil.

7Add tomato sauce and bake in a 350° oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

8May use bacon and sliced dill pickles or ham and cheese instead of eggs.
