- 1 can cream of tomato soup
- 2 eggs
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 stick melted butter
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. bell pepper
Directions

1Mix 1/2 soup, hamburger and eggs on wax paper (1/2-inch thick).

2Mix the onion, butter, cheese and bell pepper.

3Spread over meat mixture.

4Roll like jelly roll.

5Place in freezer until set.

6Slice 1/2-inch thick.

7Top with remainder of soup.

8Bake for 40 minutes at 350°.
