  • 2 to 2 1/2 lb. round steak (1/8-inch thick), cut into 6 pieces
  • 6 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 6 bacon slices, diced
  • 3 small dill pickles, minced
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles or rice

Directions

    Spread each piece meat with a teaspoon mustard; mix bacon, pickles and onion together in a small bowl.

    Spoon along one end of each piece of meat.

    Roll up, jelly roll fashion, and tie securely with string or fasten with toothpicks.
