- 1 c. cold water
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
Directions

1Mix together in a bowl, all ingredients.

2Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate 24 hours.

3Mix again; divide into 4 portions and roll each in Saran Wrap.

4Refrigerate

524 hours more.

6Unwrap and place on a rack so it will drip.

7(Put aluminum wrap in bottom of oven.)

8Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours or until turns red.
