- 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
- 3/4 tsp. minced garlic
- 3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick salt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients; mix well.

2Shape into 2 rolls; wrap in foil and tie ends.

3Refrigerate 24 hours.

4Do not remove foil. Place in pan, covered with water.

5Boil 60 minutes.

6Put on rack and punch holes in the foil to drain.

7Rewrap and refrigerate. Serve when cooled.
