Ingredients
- 2 to 2 1/2 lb. beef (chuck)
- 1 pkg. beef bones
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped carrots
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- salt to taste
- 2 c. noodles or rice
Directions

1Place meat and bones in pot; cover with water (approximately 8 to 10 cups).

2Bring to a boil.

3Skim off fat from top of soup. Add chopped celery, onion and carrots.

4Smash tomatoes and add to pot.

5Add salt to taste.

6Add parsley.

7Cover.
-
8Boil on low temperature for 2 to 3 hours.

9Add noodles or rice.

10Cook for approximately 20 to 30 minutes longer.
