- 1 slice Sirloin
- 5 grams Garlic
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 dash Soy sauce
Directions

1Bring the beef to room temperature and season with salt and pepper.

2Remove the core from the garlic and chop it up.

3Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and lightly saute the garlic.

4Turn the heat up to high, then put the beef into the pan, with the salt and peppered side down.

5Once that side has cooked, turn the heat down to low.

6Turn the heat up to high and flip it over.

7Once cooked through, turn the heat down to low.

8Place the crunchy garlic on top of the beef.

9Transfer to a plate.

10Cut with a knife and check that the inside is done.

11Drizzle on some soy sauce and serve.
