- 2 lb. beef, cut into small cubes
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (undrained), chopped or fresh tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
- 2 to 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 c. water
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 frozen pkg. peas and carrots
Directions

1Brown meat in oil in skillet.

2Add other ingredients in Dutch oven.

3Bake in oven at 325° for 2 hours.

4(Can put in crock-pot for 4 to 5 hours.)
