  • 1 1/2 lb. beef, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
  • 2 Tbsp. fat
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 carrots
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1 can tomato soup

    Brown meat in hot fat in a pressure pan.
