- 5 to 6 potatoes, in chunks
- 2 to 3 carrots, in chunks
- 2 stalks celery, in chunks
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. beef bouillon
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- pepper to taste
- 2 to 3 c. V-8 juice
Directions

1Place everything into a roaster or large crock-pot.

2Cover with the V-8 juice and cook 1 1/2 hours at 350° in the oven or 6 hours in the crock-pot.
