  • 2 lb. cubed chuck roast
  • 3 sliced onions
  • 6 peeled and quartered potatoes
  • 1 c. V-8 juice
  • 6 cut up carrots
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 3 Tbsp. instant tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Place bread in bottom of Dutch oven.

    Mix remaining ingredients and place in Dutch oven. Cover tightly.
