- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 to 5 medium potatoes, diced
- 4 carrots or 12 oz. baby carrots, sliced
- 1 celery stalk, sliced
- 1/4 c. flour
- parsley
- pepper
Directions

1Place meat in crock-pot with one can of broth and water on high.
