  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 to 5 medium potatoes, diced
  • 4 carrots or 12 oz. baby carrots, sliced
  • 1 celery stalk, sliced
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • parsley
  • pepper

    Place meat in crock-pot with one can of broth and water on high.
