- 1 1/2 lb. stew beef (low-fat)
- 2 medium 1-inch sliced carrots
- 2 medium sliced onions
- 1 c. sliced celery
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. tapioca pudding mix
Directions

1Pull back husks to check condition of corn, but leave silk in place.

2Leave 2 layers of husks on corn.

3Rotate 1/4 turn halfway through cooking on High power; 1 ear 2 to 3 minutes, 2 ears 4 to 5 minutes, 4 ears 6 to 7 minutes, 6 ears 8 to 9 minutes, 8 ears 10 to 12 minutes.

4If husks are removed, paper towel is also a good steam holder.
