  • 1 1/2 lb. stew beef (low-fat)
  • 2 medium 1-inch sliced carrots
  • 2 medium sliced onions
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. tapioca pudding mix

    Pull back husks to check condition of corn, but leave silk in place.

    Leave 2 layers of husks on corn.

    Rotate 1/4 turn halfway through cooking on High power; 1 ear 2 to 3 minutes, 2 ears 4 to 5 minutes, 4 ears 6 to 7 minutes, 6 ears 8 to 9 minutes, 8 ears 10 to 12 minutes.

    If husks are removed, paper towel is also a good steam holder.
