- meat tenderizer
- 2 cans (14.5oz) diced potatoes
- 1 can (14.5oz) green beans
- 1 can (14.5oz) peas
- 1 can (14.5oz) carrots
- 1 can (14.5oz) corn
- 4 small cans tomato juice
- 1 can Progresso French Onion soup
- 3 boullion cubes
- 2 T worchestire sauce
- salt/pepper
- italian seasoning
- 2 bay leafs
Directions

1Cut up roast into 1 inch cubes, sprinkle with meat tenderizer and pound.

2Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on low 6-8 hours.
