  • 2-3 lb beef round sirloin tip roast
  • meat tenderizer
  • 2 cans (14.5oz) diced potatoes
  • 1 can (14.5oz) green beans
  • 1 can (14.5oz) peas
  • 1 can (14.5oz) carrots
  • 1 can (14.5oz) corn
  • 4 small cans tomato juice
  • 1 can Progresso French Onion soup
  • 3 boullion cubes
  • 2 T worchestire sauce
  • salt/pepper
  • italian seasoning
  • 2 bay leafs

Directions

    Cut up roast into 1 inch cubes, sprinkle with meat tenderizer and pound.

    Add all ingredients to crock pot and cook on low 6-8 hours.
