  • 2 lb. beef chuck or venison
  • 2 c. cubed potatoes
  • 2 c. carrots
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 onion, chunked
  • 3 1/2 c. tomato juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca (Minute)

Directions

    Cut meat in 1-inch squares.

    Cut all vegetables in good size pieces.

    Place all vegetables and meat in roasting pan.

    Mix tapioca with tomato juice and pour over ingredients.

    Cook in a 250° oven for 5 hours.
