- 2 lb. beef chuck or venison
- 2 c. cubed potatoes
- 2 c. carrots
- 1 c. celery
- 1 onion, chunked
- 3 1/2 c. tomato juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca (Minute)
Directions

1Cut meat in 1-inch squares.

2Cut all vegetables in good size pieces.

3Place all vegetables and meat in roasting pan.

4Mix tapioca with tomato juice and pour over ingredients.

5Cook in a 250° oven for 5 hours.
