  • 1 1/2 lb. beef, cut in cubes
  • 2 Tbsp. Mazola oil
  • 1 (10 oz.) can mushroom gravy
  • 1 c. tomato juice
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered

Directions

    Brown meat in oil.

    Drain off excess fat.

    Combine gravy, tomato juice, water, soup mix and horseradish.

    Stir into meat. Simmer, covered, 5 minutes.
