  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • 1 large onion
  • 4 to 6 celery stalks
  • 6 to 8 potatoes
  • 6 to 8 carrots
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. tapioca
  • 3 c. V-8 juice

Directions

    Chop and mix meat and vegetables.

    Mix salt, sugar and tapioca and sprinkle over mixture.

    Add V-8 juice.

    Cover and bake at 275° for 5 hours.
