- 1 large onion
- 4 to 6 celery stalks
- 6 to 8 potatoes
- 6 to 8 carrots
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca
- 3 c. V-8 juice
Directions

1Chop and mix meat and vegetables.

2Mix salt, sugar and tapioca and sprinkle over mixture.

3Add V-8 juice.

4Cover and bake at 275° for 5 hours.
