  • 2 lb. boneless beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 4 medium carrots, thinly sliced
  • 2 c. water, divided
  • 1 (1 3/4 oz.) envelope onion soup mix

Directions

    In 4-quart casserole, combine beef, 1 1/2 cups water, soup mix, carrots, potatoes and bay leaf.

    Cover with lid.

    Cook at High 7 to 8 minutes and at Medium-low 55 to 60 minutes, or until tender.

    Add peas and flour, blended with remaining 1/2 cup water.
