- 2 lb. boneless beef, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 medium carrots, thinly sliced
- 2 c. water, divided
- 1 (1 3/4 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
Directions

1In 4-quart casserole, combine beef, 1 1/2 cups water, soup mix, carrots, potatoes and bay leaf.

2Cover with lid.

3Cook at High 7 to 8 minutes and at Medium-low 55 to 60 minutes, or until tender.

4Stir occasionally.

5Add peas and flour, blended with remaining 1/2 cup water.

6Cook at High 5 to 7 minutes, or until stew is thickened; stir occasionally.
