  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 10 ounces green peas frozen
  • 1 cup onions chopped
  • 2 cups carrots sliced 1 inch thick
  • 2 cups potatoes diced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon parsley leaves fresh, chopped, or 1 bay leaf
  • 1 each soup, tomato can
  • 1 each soup, cream of mushroom can

Directions

    Put ingredients into crockpot in order given.

    Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

    (May also be cooked in 275 degree oven for 5 hours.)
