- 1 1/2 lb. beef cubes, cut into small pieces
- 4 small cans beef broth
- 2 envelopes Knorr classic brown gravy
- as little or as much carrots as desired
- as little or as much potatoes as desired
- as little or as much celery as desired
- 2 medium onions, cut
- flour
- garlic salt to taste
Directions

1Put beef cubes in a bowl with flour, a little black pepper and garlic salt.

2Coat beef cubes.

3Brown beef cubes in hot oil on top of stove.

4When brown, put beef cubes in slow cooker.

5Mix in remaining ingredients; cook on medium-high for 7 hours or on high for 5 hours or until vegetables are tender.

6Enjoy with hot French bread.
