- 34 lb 98% lean ground beef
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup
- 4 ounces fat free sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
Directions

1In a Large Skillet Brown beef, drain, and rinse with hot water.

2Return meat to skiller and all other ingredients.

3Blend everything together well and heat thoroughly on med low.

4The sauce will start to come together and the bouillon will turn the sauce a light brown color.

5If you like Egg Noodles with your stroganoff.

6Start boiling your water for the noodles when you start to brown your meat.

7Once the water is boiling add salt into the water and add the egg noodles.

8By the time your egg noodles are done your stroganoff will be too.
