- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 1/2 lb. beef round, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1 can condensed beef bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 pkg. extra wide egg noodles, uncooked
Directions

1In large skillet, heat oil and cook beef and onion until meat is browned.

2Drain fat off, then add bouillon and Worcestershire sauce.

3Bring to boil, then reduce heat.

4Simmer, covered, for 1 hour.

5Add mushrooms with liquid.

6Combine sour cream and flour; blend into meat mixture.

7Continue cooking about 5 minutes or until thickened.

8Cook noodles to package directions.

9Drain; serve stroganoff over hot cooked noodles.
