  • 1 1/2 pounds beef sirloin
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 10-3/4-ounce can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 6-ounce can mushrooms, undrained
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • noodles or rice, cooked

Directions

    Cut meat into strips, dredge in flour. Brown meat in butter in a skillet. Add onion; saut until a little brown. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream and noodles. Cover tightly and cook until meat is tender 1-2 hours.

    Add sour cream, heat slightly.

    Do not boil.

    Serve on noodles or rice.
