  • 2 lb. round steak, cut in finger strips
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms (2 small cans)
  • 1/2 c. sour cream (or less)

    Brown meat.

    Add salt, mustard, butter, onion, pepper and one cup of water.

    Pressure cook 10 to 12 minutes.

    Make thickening of 2 tablespoons of flour and water.

    Stir into cooked meat.

    Add mushrooms, simmer until thickened.

    Add sour cream.

    Serve over noodles or rice.
