- 1 small can mushrooms, drained
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 lb. steak, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Saute mushrooms in margarine until lightly browned.

2Remove from pan.

3Dredge the meat in flour.

4Cook in remaining margarine until meat starts to brown.

5Add the broth, ketchup and garlic powder.

6Cook until meat is tender and broth is reduced.

7Return the mushrooms to the pan.

8Just before serving, add the sour cream.
