- 1 round steak, cut in bite-size pieces
- 3 to 4 cans beef broth
- 2 to 3 bouillon cubes
- 1 large can mushroom pieces
- 1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
- flour
- salt, pepper and onion powder to taste
- egg noodles, cooked
Directions

1Combine flour, salt, pepper and onion powder.

2Mix well.

3Roll round steak pieces in flour mixture to coat.

4Brown round steak pieces in oil with mushrooms.

5Pour off grease.

6Pour cans of beef broth and bouillon cubes in, and simmer for 1 hour or until steak is tender.

7During last 5 minutes, stir in sour cream. Serve immediately over egg noodles.
