Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. sirloin or flank steak, cut in thin strips
- 2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 (13 1/3 oz.) can beef broth
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/3 c. tomato paste or ketchup
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Brown the meat quickly in oil, then add mushrooms and onion. Cook, stirring, until the onion is tender, about 3 minutes.

2Add broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and tomato paste.

3Bring to a boil.

4Stir in rice.

5Cover and remove from heat.

6Let stand for 5 minutes.

7Stir in sour cream.
