- 1 lb. beef fondue
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. beef bouillon
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms
- garlic powder
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1Brown beef in butter.

2Sprinkle a little garlic powder on beef.

3Add 1 1/2 cups of the bouillon and let simmer until meat is tender, about an hour.

4Add onion and mushrooms and cook about 10 minutes.

5Add about a teaspoon of flour to remaining bouillon and stir

6well.

7Mix with meat mixture.

8Cook about 5 minutes.

9Add 1 cup sour cream.

10Serve over rice.
