- 2 1/2 lb. round steak
- 1 onion, chopped
- butter
- 2 cans cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
- flour
- 1 bag wide noodles or rice
Directions

1Cut round steak into strips.

2In a large pot, melt butter (about 5 tablespoons) with the chopped onion.

3Coat round steak with flour.

4Add to melted butter and onion.

5Brown a little, then add the soup and 1 can of water; stir and add seasonings.

6Cover and cook on low, stirring once in a while, for about 1 1/2 hours. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
