- 2 to 3 lb. cubed steak or stew beef, cut in bite size chunks
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 2 onions, chopped
- 6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce or 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste with 2 c. water and 3 to 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 (8 oz.) cartons sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic salt to taste
Directions

1Melt butter.

2Brown meat and onions in butter.

3Combine all ingredients except sour cream and cook until meat is tender (1 to 2 hours).

4Add sour cream; stir to mix well.

5Serve warm over cooked noodles.
