- 1 lb. boneless beef round steak, cut 3/4 inch thick
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, divided
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Slice beef across the grain into very thin strips.

2In skillet over high heat in 1 tablespoon of margarine, cook half of the beef and half the onion.

3Cook until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender; set aside.

4Repeat with remaining margarine, beef and onion.

5Return all meat mixture to skillet.

6Stir in soup and paprika.

7Heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.

8Reduce heat to very low.

9Stir in sour cream.

10Serve over noodles.
